DuPont to buy AgVenture, Hoegemeyer Hybrids, and NuTech Seed

DuPont plans to buy three regional seed companies: AgVenture, Hoegemeyer Hybrids and NuTech Seed. DuPont, the parent company of Pioneer Hi-Bred, expects to complete the purchase by the end of the year
